With your limited deaths, a risky play against an apprentice boss in the first ~10 weeks that results in a death could lose you the run at the very end of the game. Obviously, one death is better than a party wipe, so learn to recognize when a risky play is necessary or not. The only way a Rank 4 Cataphract can deal damage to Rank 1 enemies.
